These four milling templates are recommended for fitting hinges. 

Tectus recommends using a 30mm collar and 24mm router bit for your plunge router to achieve this mortise.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not carry the imperial templates for this hinge because proper imperial router bits and extensions are not readily available.
